These terms govern all supply operations, deliveries, and transactions between your vessel/management company and Marella Marine.

1. The 30-Day Payment Term

Marella Marine operates on strict, predictable 30-day payment terms. We do not require advance payments from verified clients, ensuring your cash flow remains uninterrupted while your vessel gets what it needs.

2. 3-Way Invoice Verification

Every order is subjected to our proprietary 3-Way Invoice Verification process. We guarantee zero phantom markups. You only pay for what was explicitly ordered, physically loaded, and signed for by the master/chief engineer.

3. Delivery & Operations

We supply alongside and OPL subject to local port regulations and weather conditions. While we guarantee hyper-responsive logistics, Marella Marine is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, sudden port closures, or unannounced customs holds beyond our control.

4. Quality Guarantee

All engine spares, deck stores, and provisions adhere to IMPA/ISSA standards and ISO 9001 quality metrics. Any discrepancies must be reported by the crew at the time of delivery before the delivery note is signed.

5. Port Information

The port data published on this site — draft limits, coordinates and operational status — is provided as a planning aid for procurement. It is compiled from public sources, is not maintained in real time, and is not represented as accurate at any given moment. It must not be used for navigation or passage planning. Marella Marine accepts no liability for reliance placed on it; any operational figure should be confirmed with the vessel’s agent or the relevant port authority.
